Netball Training!

From morning to afternoon

NON-STOP

After we ( seven girls of us ) did some warm-up exercise

We had a match with other

Firstly

We played the match with KRS

. . .

First round > 1 - 8

Second round > 0 - 2

. . .

One sentence to describe them

> > They were toooo strong!

Compare with them

We are weak a bit bit

After a match with KRS

We played another match

With PPS

. . .

First round > 4 - 4

Second round > 8 - 3

. . .

We had a good result

But this is not to show we were very good

'Cause PPS is novice

That day

We played the netball match for about 2 hours

It is very tired

But we still wanted to training our basic

Besides . . .

I met a good person

Her name is Xin Yi ( translate from chinese )

She is a netball club member

She looks pretty

= D

In these 2 matches

She is the centre of us

And helped a lot in the matches

She also teaches us some technic to play the netball game

Jazz!

Not the style of music

Is the style of dancing

= D

My best friend, PengYee and I

Had a 1 hour trial class for the jazz dance

At WDC

The class have another 2 people

Like same age with me

they are standing for this class a long time

One of them look alike a ex-senior

The trainer

A professional jazz dancer

I can see she can dance very well

Envy . . .

xD

The trainer teaches us a jazz dance with a song

> > Teenage Dream < <

She wanted to teach with this song because we knew this song

And can get the tempo of the song with the dance

We learned the dance start from the chorus of the song

At the beginnig

We dance with no feelings

Just followed what the trainer did

But

The trainer told us

" . . . If you just dance with the steps but no feeling

That not a dance

Just some steps that everybody can do . . ."

So

I tried to feel the song

The others also

After I got the feelings

I enjoyed the dance

I loved the dance

And I started feel that the steps is not so difficult
x))

Because of the fees problem
So I just went for the trial class only

I hope that I can touch again
Learn again
the JAZZ in the future

Not at home a almost a whole day

Had fun
And enjoyed all the fiesta

we played some games
A KILLER game

Because some people do not cooperate with the host

So early end game

Because of my family

So I went home early at 9.30pm

Hope they can played crazily
